*(Your non-refundable deposit of $200 covers up to 4 curated frames. $150 of your deposit will be applied as credit toward your purchase; There will be an additional deposit of $50 for each additional frame added to your selection).

* Your CC will be used as a security deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied directly to your final frame purchase.

*Once your virtual styling has been scheduled you will receive an initial questionnaire

* We are committed to finding you the right match. Once we complete our initial virtual curation you will choose the 4-8 frames you’d like to receive to try on at home! Frames will be on loan for up to 7 days from delivery date to client. After the first 72 hours of receipt from day 7 (client has 7 days plus 3 shipping days to return distance fitting without fee), there will be a 10% restocking fee of total retail cost of frames per day.

* Frames must be returned in the original condition, along with cases and any other materials provided. Damages will be charged to credit card provided unless otherwise indicated.

* The frame(s) which you choose to purchase must be paid for within 24 hours of your final selection. Frames will not be held until paid in full.

We’ve specialized in individual and personalized fittings for more than a dozen years. Through conversation, we best consult which frames work best with the person sitting across from us.
The better it fits the better it looks. We specialize in fit. We can look at the composition of your features and make a determination of the best fit of frames available.

All of our frames are independently owned and handmade with master craftsmanship and experience. Small batch, sustainable production methods have always been of the utmost importance in our curation and selection process.

If you aren’t loving any of the frames in the curation, we will work with you to curate another selection until we get it right. We are committed to matching you with glasses you love, that work for your needs, and you receive unsolicited compliments on a regular basis.
